My Element Training Program

This is for individuals of all levels of fitness and all ages who want to get started on a safe and healthy fitness program. Having one on one time with a trainer focuses in on individual strengths and areas that you would like growth and support in.

We offer a free 15-30 minute consultation that helps us get to know each other and gives us some time to run through your personal goals.

In the first session, we will outline, demonstrate, and implement a custom workout based on your personal needs and goals. 

From there you can either use the program on your own at home or at another gym, or we can schedule one or more sessions together to facilitate your progress.
