These classes will be a combination of rowing and strength. And yes….you will sweat!! There is nothing like High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) on a rowing machine with a strength circuit to push your body! I will be keeping these classes simple, effective and as tough as you need it to be. Learning the proper form on the rowing machine and in the strength exercises is crucial to ensure you are getting the best possible workout. I will be keeping the class to a maximum of 8 so you will be watched closely, challenged individually and taught modifications if necessary. You will be working every muscle group in each class, and I will also spend some extra time on core, to keep those back injuries at bay. All fitness levels welcome!
