Rowing is quickly being discovered as one of the most effective low-impact, high aerobic/strength training exercises out there.  The class is appropriate for every fitness level. It is easy to catch on to, is a great stress reliever, and works nearly all muscles groups in the body. Come give it a try.

Running

Running has a few perks…stronger heart, legs, mind, and body, reduced depression and anxiety, reduced hypertension and stress, lowered blood pressure, less chance of heart disease, more energy, longer life expectancy, reduced chance of osteoporosis…. I could go on and on but you get the point.

Iron ‘N’ Oar

Iron ‘N’ Oar

Iron ‘N’ Oar class is a mix of rowing, body weight, free weights, bands, and balls.  It is a Strength/ Cardio class that will involved all muscle groups…in other words, “multitasking” so we can maximize efficiency, get our heart rates up, have some fun and get the job done in minimal time!

Our Yoga classes focus on restorative movement and help with recovery between workout days.  Deep stretching and a focus on alignment ensures a safe and low key yoga experience.

Rip N Row

My Element is bringing “Rip N Row” to the studio! The amazing Darlana Knox and I will be bringing a rowing / fitness class to a fun, new level! Rip N Row will be a circuit-type, higher intensity class bringing in more strength training and more cardio.
