Monday Strong with Terri

This strength & conditioning class is a low impact / no impact and combines the best of all we have to offer.  We’ll use a variety of equipment, dumbbells, barbells, TRX, stability balls, and body weight, combined with various training methods to create a training session that builds strength while improving balance, posture, flexibility and core strength. Suitable for all levels and abilities. Modifications given for both beginners and advanced. Mixture of Bodyweight and Free Weight exercises.
